As we start 2021 in these most unusual of circumstances, Woodway wish to reassure our valued customers that we will continue to remain open and operational throughout these difficult times, with no plans to reduce capacity over the coming weeks.
We understand the importance of supporting the Emergency Services and other critical services and suppliers, and having remained open throughout 2020 and the previous lockdown, we already have systems and procedures firmly in place to continue to work effectively, offering our usual level of service and high-quality products.
The staff at Woodway are committed to continuing to support you and your business in what is undoubtedly likely to be a challenging time for all. Our sales office is open and our opening hours remain unaffected, with the following measures in place to ensure the safety of staff, company contacts and the wider community.
- The company are adhering to strict social distancing measures, possible thanks to our spacious facilities.
- Where staff can work remotely, this has been actioned in line with government guidance.
- Facilities continue to be thoroughly cleaned daily, with a heightened cleaning regime focusing on high contact areas.
- Staff are requested to continually wash hands.
- No external visitors are permitted onsite, unless it is deemed absolutely essential, in which case strict measures will be in place and outlined to you prior to your visit.
- Any meetings will be held remotely via video conferencing.
Whilst our Account Managers are unable to visit customers on-site, they are available by telephone and email, and will be in touch in due course to discuss your anticipate product needs to allow us to plan our own resources for the months ahead.
